Ningalooooooo
All set up at Kurrajong camp site....all the National Park campgrounds are well organised and popular... volunteer camp hosts, clean pit toilets and bins emptied regularly.
We are tucked behind the dunes with our own little beach and snorkeling site on just the other side.
Snorkeling at Oyster stacks....very high tide....super moon may be responsible......a bit hairy getting in and not getting dashed on the rocks.
We were a little disappointed as the ocean was churned up and visibility was not good.
Moved on to Turquoise Bay ....beautiful sandy beach....water was soooo warm but again visibility not great on the coral.
Warm water, lovely swim but snorkeling disappointing.
We are told it is due to the super moon and very high tide.
Beautiful sunset over the ocean from our dune top perch.
Beautiful!
